Advoodle präsentiert am 26.02.2021 auf dem anerkannten Internationalen Rechtsinformatik Symposion (IRIS) 2021 an der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Salzburg. Die beiden Gründungsgesellschafter Andreas Böcskör und Florian Heder werden in der Session Sicherheit und Recht ihren ‚Legal Prose to Code‘-Ansatz präsentieren und auf die Feinheiten des Smart Contracts Developments eingehen. Ziel wird es sein, die Zuhörer davon zu überzeugen, dass die Herstellung von Smart Contracts nicht unbedingt IT-Kenntnisse erfordert. Dazu Andreas Böcskör, CEO:
„In recent years „smart contracts“ have become a well known term within the legal community. Nevertheless, it is still pretty much unclear on how smart contracts would be created and what legal nature they share. They are often associated with fully automated programs that make decisions by themselves, thereby developing a life of their own. In the end, legal experts doubt their legal validity, but also aim for justification of their own role. In our presentation, we will discuss both questions, present the status quo of smart contracts development and provide a vision on how legal transactions will look like in the year 2025. Furthermore, we will give an outlook on potential opportunites for businesses applying smart contracts in the future.“
